Learn how to donate your clothes through Thrift+, earn credits, and support your favourite charities in the UK.

WHAT IS THRIFT+?

Thrift+ is a UK-based donation and resale service that we’ve partnered with to help give second-hand branded clothing a new life.

Thrift+ is only available to customers living in the UK and ordering from the UK Gymshark store.

HOW DOES IT WORK?

You can earn credits or donate to your favourite charity, all while clearing out your wardrobe. Here's how:

  1. ADD IT – Add a ThriftBag to your next Gymshark order or request one for free

  2. SCAN IT – Scan the QR code on the bag to create a Thrift+ account

  3. STUFF IT – Fill your bag with unwanted clothes (not just Gymshark items)

  4. SEND IT – Scan the code again or visit thrift.plus/return to send it off

  5. EARN IT – Once an item sells (for more than £7.50), proceeds are split:

    • 35% goes to Thrift+

    • The remaining 65% is split 50/50 between you and your chosen charity

    • You can also choose to donate 100% of your share

HOW DO I GET A THRIFT+ BAG?

You can order one directly from Thrift+ (just pay standard delivery charges)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SEND A BAG BACK?

  • The ThriftBag comes with prepaid postage

  • You can post it for free at your local Post Office

  • Alternatively, you can book a DHL collection via Thrift+ (a collection fee applies)

WHAT CAN I DONATE?

Clothes don’t need to be from Gymshark, but they must be in good condition.
Check Thrift+’s website for the full list of accepted brands and item conditions.

WHICH CHARITIES CAN I SUPPORT?

You’ll be able to choose your preferred charity from Thrift+’s list.

HOW DO I REDEEM MY VOUCHER CREDIT?

  • Go to the Thrift+ website and choose where you'd like to spend your credit

  • Vouchers are available for several retailers — including Gymshark

  • You’ll receive a code you can use online

Voucher amounts: £5, £10, £25, £50, or £100

GYMSHARK VOUCHER TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • Valid for 6 months from the issue date

  • Can be used as full or part payment on gymshark.com

  • Must be used in one transaction — any unused balance is lost

  • Cannot be used to buy other gift cards

  • Valid in GBP only

  • Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced
