HOW TO MEASURE FOR WOMEN'S TOPS
To get your best fit, you’ll need to measure your chest and waist.

Chest – Measure the full circumference of your chest, 2.5cm below your underarm.
Hips – Measure the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape flat and level
Waist – Measure around the full circumference at the narrowest part of your waist.

HOW TO MEASURE FOR WOMEN'S SPORTS BRAS
Here’s how to find your perfect sports bra size using just two key measurements:
Under Bust – Measure the full circumference directly under your bust. The tape should sit flat and snug (but not tight) below your breast tissue—lift your bust if needed to measure accurately.
Bust – Measure around the fullest part of your bust, ensuring the tape is level across your back.

Alpha Cup Sizing
Use your measurements to find your cup size in our Alpha Cup Size Chart. This traditional sizing will help you find the best fit and support for your shape.
DUAL CUP SIZING
