WHAT TO LOOK FOR IN SQAUT-PROOF LEGGINGS
We’ve designed all our leggings to be flexible, durable, and – most importantly – opaque. But there are a few extra things to keep in mind to help you choose the right ‘fit.
MATERIAL
All our leggings are built to move with you - flexible, durable, and always designed to keep you covered. Look for a high-quality combination of Nylon, Polyester and Elastane. That said, fit and fabric can make a difference. You’ll find notes in our product descriptions highlighting where slight sheerness might occur, so you know exactly what to expect. Because when it comes to performance wear, a little stretch is part of the game, and that’s what helps our leggings feel and move like a second skin.
FIT
Sizing down might seem like a good idea for that compression feel, but too-tight leggings can cause the material to overstretch. When that happens, the fabric’s knit can open up – and that’s when sheerness sneaks in.

COLOUR
Lighter colours (like pastel pinks, yellows, and pale blues) can sometimes show more than you’d like – especially under strong gym lighting. Wearing tonal underwear can help, but if you’re going for lighter shades, we recommend sizing up for extra coverage.
Darker colours like black, grey, dark green and brown are solid, reliable choices.
PATTERNS ARE YOUR BESTIES
If you’re worried about sheerness or VPL (visible panty lines), patterns and prints are a great shout. Styles from our Adapt range – including Animal and Camo prints – offer extra visual coverage while still giving you the same comfort and performance.

Everybody moves differently, and that can mean a little variation in coverage from person to person.
