Please note: You can only return up to 2kg in one package. If your return is heavier than this, they will need to register and send the return in separate shipments.

The barcode should not be scanned at the post office. This barcode is used only by us and is only scanned by the staff at the parcel centre in Kalmar before the parcel is sent to the warehouse in Belgium.
The package must be placed with other mail to be sent.
Due to the post office not scanning your parcel, you will not receive a receipt, so we would need you to take a picture of the package at the post office as proof of postage.
Save the image and then leave the package in the unmanned delivery hatch at the nearest Posten Postkontor (or a free-standing Posten Postboks).
Please allow up to 28 days for your return to reach us. Once it arrives at our warehouse, our team will check and process it within 7 days.

Mainland UK Returns
To make an online return from mainland UK, head to our Returns Portal and follow the steps below:
Start your return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Select the item(s) you’re returning or exchanging, and let us know why.
Choose your return method — you’ll also see your nearest drop-off point, and the option to return directly to our London Retail Store if you’re in the UK.
Depending on your method, you may need to:
Download and print a returns label, or
Use a QR code for a printerless return.
If you’re using a returns label, remove the original delivery label and attach the new one. For printerless options, simply present your QR code at the drop-off point.
Return Timeframes
Allow up to 8 days for your parcel to reach us.
Once received, our warehouse team will check and process your return within 7 days.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear with your bank.
Exchanges
If you’ve requested an exchange, please note:
Stock isn’t immediately reserved, so your requested item(s) may no longer be available when your return arrives.
If this happens, you’ll automatically be refunded for the item(s) back to your original payment method.
The delivery address for exchanges cannot be changed — your exchange will always be sent to the same address as your original order.
Drop Off In Store
If you’d like to drop your return off in-store:
You must have selected this option in the Returns Portal.
Bring the items and the QR code provided in your confirmation email to the store.
Alternatively, you can return items without pre-registering in the Returns Portal — see below for how.
Make a Return or Exchange In Store
You can return or exchange items in most of our retail stores (excluding our Bicester Village location).
If You Ordered Online
Make sure you have your order number before visiting the store.
You can either:
Return via the Returns Portal, or
Bring the items directly to one of our stores.
If you’ve already started your return in the portal, we recommend continuing that process for faster handling.
If you’d like to exchange in store and the item is available, you’ll be issued an e-gift card via email while in store. You can use this online or in any UK Gymshark store.
If the item you want isn’t in stock, we can:
Process a refund to your original payment method, or
Issue an e-gift card.
For purchases made using both card and gift card, refunds are applied to the gift card first.
If You Purchased In Store
You’ll need a valid receipt to process any return or exchange.
If your desired item isn’t in stock, we can either:
Refund to your original payment method, or
Issue an e-gift card.
If the original payment method isn’t available, the refund will be applied to a gift card instead.
No receipt? You may still be eligible for an exchange only, at the manager’s discretion.

Step 1: Head to the Returns Portal
Go to our Online Returns Portal within 30 days of receiving your order to start your return or exchange.
Step 2: Enter Your Details
Enter your order number (for example,
#US123456) and your shipping postal code or email address.
Please ensure the details match exactly as shown on your order confirmation, including the # in your order number.
Step 3: Choose Your Items
Select which item(s) you’re returning or exchanging, and tell us why.
Please note: If an item is marked as ‘Final Sale’, it is non-returnable.
Step 4: Select a Return Method
Choose how you’d like to return your order — you’ll also see your nearest drop-off point.
Depending on your chosen method, you may need to:
Download and print a returns label, or
Present a QR code when returning your items.
Simply attach the returns label to your parcel or show your QR code at the drop-off point. Printerless options are also available.
Step 5: Using a Happy Returns Bar
If you’re returning via a Happy Returns Bar, it’s even easier:
Present your QR code to the agent at the bar with the items you wish to return — there’s no need to box or print anything.
Don’t have your QR code? No problem! You can show your Happy Returns Express Code, which you’ll receive when registering your return.
Refunds for returns made at a Happy Returns Bar are processed immediately once your items are dropped off.
Step 6: If Not Using a Happy Returns Bar
If you’re not using a Happy Returns Bar:
It can take up to 14 days for your package to reach us.
Once your return arrives at our warehouse, our team will check and scan it within 7 days.
After your return is processed, please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to clear with your bank.
Step 7: Exchanges
If you’ve chosen an exchange, please note:
Stock isn’t immediately reserved, so your requested item(s) may no longer be available when your return is processed or dropped off.
If this happens, we’ll issue a refund for the unavailable item(s) back to your original payment method, and send an email confirmation once complete.
The delivery address for exchanges cannot be changed — your exchange will always be sent to the same address as your original order.

Please don’t return any damaged or incorrectly delivered items unless advised by a member of our Support Team. Doing so may delay your resolution.
RETURNING RETAIL ORDERS BY POST
If you would like to return your retail order online, there are a few steps we need to take.
🚨 Orders purchased at our Bicester Village, Bond St and Klaverstraat stores must be returned in-store.
Please reach out to the Customer Support team with the following info so that they can help you set up a return:
- Order / Receipt Number
- Your Full Shipping Address (including postcode)
- Phone Number
- Items Returning
- Preferred Courier & whether you'd prefer a printed label or QR code
Be sure to keep your proof of postage, as it may be needed to process your return.
FYI: Retail returns must be sent from the country you bought them in. We can’t accept international returns.
