HOW DO I EARN XP?
Here are the main ways to start building your XP:

US: 8 XP = $1 USD
Canada: 6 XP = $1 CAD

HOW MANY POINTS DO I NEED TO REACH THE NEXT TIER?
The more you show up, the more you unlock. And the further you progress through the tiers, the better benefits you’ll get.
Everyone starts at Tier 1. Here's how XP determines your level:
Tier 1: 0–1249 XP
Tier 2: 1250–2999 XP
Tier 3: 3000–4999 XP
Tier 4: 5000+ XP
Check your Tier and XP balance in your profile—tap the profile icon (bottom right on app, top right on website).
WHERE CAN I FIND MY XP BALANCE AND TIER LEVEL?
Once you've joined the Gymshark Loyalty Programme, you can easily view your XP balance and current Tier level.
WHERE TO FIND IT:
In the Gymshark App: Tap the profile icon at the bottom right.
On our Website: Click the profile icon at the top right.
From there, you’ll be able to see:
Your total XP
Your current Tier
A breakdown of how you’ve earned your points
How close you are to reaching the next Tier
Your available rewards
CAN XP BE REDEEMED?
Experience Points are not redeemable against monetary value. XP is what you earn when you shop, share and show up. Growing your XP balance unlocks new benefits and rewards based on your tier status.
DO I LOST XP IF I MAKE A RETURN?
If you return an item, we’ll deduct the XP earned from that purchase—since XP is tied to how much you spend.
But don’t worry—if that order helped you unlock a new Tier, you’ll stay in that Tier. Your status and rewards are safe, even if the XP balance adjusts.
WHEN WILL NEW XP EARNED SHOW ON MY XP BALANCE?
Most of the time, your newly earned XP will appear in your account within 30 minutes.
However, in some cases, it might take up to 24 hours.
🚨 Orders placed before joining the loyalty program won’t earn XP. Only purchases made after joining will count toward your XP.

DOES XP EXPIRE?
Yes, it does. XP has a 12-month expiry date, so if you earn 25XP on January 12th, 2026, that 25XP will expire on January 12th, 2027.
Pro tip: Keep engaging to keep your progress alive and climbing.
HOW LONG DO I KEEP MY TIER LEVEL STATUS?
Once you reach a new Tier, that status is yours for 12 months.
If you don’t earn enough XP during that time to stay in your current Tier, you’ll move down to the Tier below—but you’ll always have the chance to level back up.
CAN I TRANSFER MY LOYALTY STATUS & XP TO A NEW ACCOUNT?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to transfer your loyalty status or XP to a new account. If you create a new account with a different email, you’ll need to work your way up through the tiers again.
