WHERE IS THE GYMSHARK STORE?

Our first ever permanent store is open on Regent Street, London.

The Gymshark store is a place to shop, train, and connect with the community.

Whether you're looking for the latest Gymshark fits or want to take part in exclusive in-store events, we've got you covered.

  • Monday: 10am – 8pm

  • Tuesday: 10am – 8pm

  • Wednesday: 10am – 8pm

  • Thursday: 10am – 8pm

  • Friday: 10am – 8pm

  • Saturday: 10am – 8pm

  • Sunday: 11:30am – 6pm (11:30am to 12:00pm browsing only)

  • Bank holiday opening times may vary


WHAT EXPERIENCES ARE AVAILABLE AT GYMSHARK REGENT STREET?

There’s plenty to do in store, whether you want to browse or book an experience.

No booking required for:

  • Shopping the full Gymshark collection

  • Making a return

  • Grabbing a smoothie or coffee at Joe & The Juice

  • Hanging out in our community space, The Hub

Booking required for:

  • Workout classes in the Sweat Room

  • Expert coaching sessions at the Pro Bench

HOW DO I BOOK A STORE EXPERIENCE?

To book a Gymshark in-store experience, visit our Eventbrite page or download the Eventbrite app and follow these steps:

  1. Download Eventbrite from your app store

  2. Log in and search “Gymshark” with London as the location

  3. Select your chosen experience and follow Gymshark LDN

  4. Tap Get Tickets and register your info

  5. You’ll get a confirmation email, and your ticket will be in the app under the Tickets tab

Then it’s just a countdown to the big day.


HOW DO I CANCEL A BOOKING?

Need to cancel? No problem. Here's how:

  1. Open the Eventbrite app and go to Tickets

  2. Select the experience you want to cancel

  3. Tap Cancel Order

  4. You’ll receive an email confirming your cancellation


WHAT IF AN EXPERIENCE IS FULLY BOOKED?

If an experience is marked as fully booked on Eventbrite, we unfortunately do not offer a waitlist. Our Customer Support team is unable to override this.

You can still browse the Gymshark LDN Eventbrite page to find other available experiences on your chosen day.


CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?

Yes and no.

All bookings for the Sweat Room and Pro Bench are for one person only due to health and safety regulations. If your friend or training partner wants to join, they’ll need to book their own spot through Eventbrite.


NEED HELP WITH EVENTBRITE?

If you’re having trouble booking or using the Eventbrite app, we recommend contacting Eventbrite Support through their Help Centre.
