WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW BEFORE DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

Deleting your account is permanent and means you’ll lose access to:

  • Your Gymshark account on the website, Gymshark App, and Gymshark Training App

  • Your entire order history, including purchases made on the Gymshark website and app

  • All your training data in the Gymshark Training App – this includes bookmarked workouts, plans and creators, custom workouts and plans, and progress history

If you’re happy to proceed and understand the above, simply click the ‘Delete My Account’ button below to begin the process.

As part of this process, we’ll ask you to complete a short ID verification step. This is to ensure we’re speaking with the account holder (or someone acting on your behalf) and helps protect your personal information.


WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?

Once you’ve submitted your request, our team will process it as soon as possible. While it can take up to 30 calendar days, you may lose access to your account immediately after submitting the request.

We’ll keep you updated throughout and let you know once your account has been fully deleted.
