All you need to know about buying and using Gymshark e-Gift Cards.

Looking for the perfect present but not sure what to get? Give them the gift of choice with a Gymshark Gift Card! Here's everything you need to know:

HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?

You can purchase a Gymshark e-Gift Card from our website or app.

  • E-Gift Cards are not physically shipped. You’ll receive a confirmation email containing your unique gift card code.

  • Simply forward the email to the lucky recipient, or print the code and gift it in person.

Note: Physical gift cards are available only at our Regent Street Store in London, UK


HOW LONG IS A GIFT CARD VALID FOR?

The validity period of your gift card depends on your location. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions on your local Gymshark store for specific details.

THINGS TO KNOW....

  • You don’t need to spend the full amount in one go. The amount used will be deducted from your balance, and the rest will stay on the card for future use.

  • You can use your gift card during any sale or promotional period.

  • We can't send gift cards to an alternative email address from the one entered at checkout. If an email address has been entered incorrectly at checkout, reach out to our Customer Support team, who will be able to help with a solution.

  • You can pay using a combination of your gift card and a credit/debit card. We’ll deduct the full available balance from your gift card first, then charge the remaining amount to your other chosen payment method.

  • Discount codes cannot be applied to the purchase of a gift card. If your basket includes other items, the discount will apply to those items only, not the gift card.


RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you placed an order using a gift card and wish to return something:

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original gift card first.

  • If you used split payment, any remaining refund amount will go back to the other payment method used (e.g., your debit/credit card) within 3-5 working days.


CAN I BUY A GIFT CARD FOR SOMEONE ELSE?

Yes, you can

  1. Place the order using your name and email address.

  2. Once you receive the confirmation email, forward it to the recipient or print out the gift card code and give it to them.

Make sure they keep the gift card code safe, especially if they need to return anything – refunds will go back onto the same gift card.


WHERE CAN I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Gift cards are only valid in the store they were issued from.

  • For example, a gift card purchased from the UK store can only be used on uk.gymshark.com or at the Regent Street Store.

🚨 E-gift cards are not accepted at our Kalverstraat and Bicester locations.


HOW TO CHECK YOUR GIFT CARD BALANCE?

Need to check how much is left on your card? Need to check how much is left on your card? Just get in touch with us and provide the following:

  • Your full name

  • The email address used to purchase the gift card

  • The 16-digit gift card code (included in your confirmation email)


CAN YOU REFUND MY GIFT CARD?

Of course! You can reach out to our Customer Support team using our chat widget and request to speak to a human agent. Alternatively, you can send us an email.

We will need you to confirm some details linked to the gift card purchase before we can resend it:

  • Order Number or the value of the Gift Card

  • The Full Name used to place the order

  • Either the Full Billing Address or the Phone Number associated with the purchase


PURCHASED A GIFT CARD FOR THE WRONG STORE?

No stress – we’ve got you covered. If you’ve accidentally purchased a gift card for the wrong store, it unfortunately won’t work where you’re trying to shop. But don’t worry, we have a couple of simple ways to fix this for you.

OPTION 1 - REFUND AND REORDER

We can disable the original gift card and issue a refund. The refund will go back to the person who originally purchased the gift card. From there, you’ll be able to reorder a new gift card on the correct store.

OPTION 2 - TRANSFER TO THE CORRECT STORE

If you’d prefer, we can transfer the gift card over to the right store. To do this, the person who purchased the gift card will need to have an account on that store. If they don’t already have one, no problem – just create an account before we make the switch.
