WHY AM I RECEIVING AN ERROR WHEN TRYING TO PURCHASE?
Receiving an error code when trying to pay? We know, it's painful. In fact, it's almost as annoying as standing at the gym doors and not being able to get in because you forgot your pin...
On rare occasions, you might see an error message when trying to place your order. Don’t stress – these are usually linked to your bank card or payment provider, and they’re often easy to resolve.
COMMON PAYMERT ERROR CODES & WHAT THEY MEAN
Here are a few of the most common error codes you might come across:
2000 – Do Not Honour
Your bank is declining the transaction. Please contact your bank for more info – they’ll be able to tell you why it was rejected.2007 – No Account
The card number entered isn’t recognised by the bank. You’ll need to check the details or contact your card issuer.2015 – Transaction Not Allowed
The transaction has been blocked by your bank, possibly due to the type of card or account. A quick call to your bank or switching to a different payment method usually solves this.3000 – Processor Network Unavailable
This one’s on us – it means there’s a temporary issue with our payment gateway. We’ll let you know if there’s a wider issue, and we’ll get it fixed as quickly as possible.

WHY HAVE I BEEN CHARGED EXTRA?
If you’re shopping from outside the UK, there’s a small chance your bank may apply an International Banking Fee – this isn’t from us, it’s something your bank decides.
These charges are usually 2–3%.
They may apply when your bank is registered in a country where Gymshark isn’t.
Most banks don’t apply these charges, but if yours does, it’s worth checking with them directly.
Sadly, we’re unable to remove or refund International Banking Fees – but we totally would if we could!
If you’re unsure about an error code or extra charge, the best first step is to contact your bank or card provider directly – they’ll be able to explain and help resolve the issue.
