Learn what to do if you want to cancel or make changes to your Gymshark order after placing it.

CAN I CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We get it – sometimes plans change.

If you’ve just placed an order and want to cancel it, you’ve got a 15-minute window to do so. Simply click the ‘Cancel Order’ button either in your Gymshark account or in your order confirmation email. You’ll get a confirmation email once your order has been successfully cancelled.

Unfortunately, our Customer Support team can’t cancel orders once they’ve been placed.

After 15 minutes, we’re no longer able to cancel the order as it will be getting picked and packed in our warehouse – and we want to get your gear to you as quickly as possible!

However, once an order has been placed, we're not able to amend it.

This includes:

  • Adding or removing items

  • Changing sizes or colours

  • Updating the delivery address

  • Changing the shipping method or courier

  • Payment details

  • Applying a discount code or editing product prices

Our system moves fast to get your order packed and shipped, which means we can't catch it in time to make changes.

*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT REACHING OUT TO US DIRECTLY WON'T RESULT IN BEING ABLE TO MAKE CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER.


WHAT CAN I DO INSTEAD IF I CAN'T CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

If the order is on its way and no longer needed, you can return it once it's delivered. Just head to our Returns Portal to start the process.

If you’ve entered the wrong address and the parcel can’t be delivered, it will usually make its way back to us. "If your tracking shows ‘Returned to Sender’, please get in touch with our Customer Support team and they’ll be happy to help you out."
