ALREADY HAVE A GYMSHARK ACCOUNT?
If you’ve got a Gymshark account, tracking is simple:
Log in to your account
Go to Account > My Orders
Find the order you want to track
If the order status is fulfilled, click the order to view details
If it’s not yet fulfilled, don't worry - we're working on it!
Click Track Your Order to see your tracking updates via the courier
You can also use the tracking link from your shipping confirmation email at any time.
WHY IF MY TRACKING HASN'T UPDATED YET?
No stress! Tracking info typically updates every 24–48 hours, but sometimes it might take a little longer, especially during busy periods or while your parcel is in transit.
HERE'S WHAT TO DO:
Check the tracking link for any courier updates, such as:
Delays due to customs checks
Delivery issues from an incorrect or incomplete address

Don’t panic – your order is likely still on the way.
If it’s been 5+ working days with no tracking movement, please get in touch with our Customer Support team so we can help out.
📍 For deliveries to Puerto Rico, Hawaii, US Virgin Islands, Guam, APO and FPO addresses, please allow 14+ days for tracking to update before reaching out to us.
