I'VE SENT A NON-GYMSHARK ITEM BACK TO YOU - WHAT NOW?
We’re not sure what’s worse... someone curling in the squat rack or sending us the wrong item in your return. Either way, we’ll do our best to help.
If you’ve accidentally returned a non-Gymshark item, please contact our Customer Support team with the following:
Your full name
Your email address
The order number linked to your return (e.g. #UK1234567)
The date you returned the item
A description of the item (include photos if you can)
Once we have that info, we’ll open an investigation and do everything we can to help retrieve the item. While we’ll always try our best, we can’t guarantee it will be found or returned.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Any non-Gymshark items sent to us by mistake are the responsibility of the sender. Gymshark cannot be held liable for incorrectly returned goods.
